Thank you to everyone who helped contribute to Cookies for Katrina on December 17th, 2005!!  We reached our goal and raised $6,000 for the employees of Ochsner Health Clinic in New Orleans!

Cookies for Katrina was an event at Henderson High School in West Chester, PA to raise money for the victims of Hurricane Katrina.  It was from 8-12 am on Saturday, Dec. 17, 2005.  We sold over 12,000 cookies (baked by over 120 Henderson students) in over 400 tins.  Customers were able to come in a fill a tin with all the homemade cookies they wanted.  Starbucks donated coffee and hot chocolate, and the Linton sisters came and graced us with their music.  It was a fun time for all involved, and showed how much the community still cares about others in need.
